FRIDAY – Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu (sharing from my files) with asparagus … I use prosciutto instead of pancetta!

SATURDAY – Steak Frites (literally grilled filets and Baked Fries) … add a little garlic butter to your filets when they come off the grill!

SUNDAY – Grilled Sausage with Apples & Onions (sharing this NEW RECIPE from my files) and a salad kit … also picking up some hot dog buns!

MONDAY – Baked Cod (I use this Baked Fried Chicken recipe, but substitute cod for the chicken thighs) with macaroni & cheese and green beans.

TUESDAY – Chicken Crispers with zucchini wedges and red bell pepper topped with gruyere cheese … no recipe for this one. I take chicken breast and slice into strips, batter with pork panko and bake on 425 for 20 minutes.

WEDNESDAY – Marinated Chicken with Bacon-wrapped Stuffed Asparagus … I usually marinate the chicken in a little Italian dressing and some Italian seasoning in a ziplock baggie a few days ahead of time.

THURSDAY – Sheet Pan Sausage … simply using chicken sausages (be sure to poke a few holes in them so they don’t explode), Yukon Gold potatoes and poblano peppers on a sheet pan bake on 425 for about 20 minutes.
