Time is not an excuse right now, so use it to your advantage! Also, it is important to keep our minds and bodies moving in this stressful time…especially if you have children in your household.

Quick Tip #2: Write out your meal plan with times
We are not in our normal routine and tend to graze while at home. By planning and scheduling your meals, you maintain control of your nutrition. We need you to fit in your clothes when this is all over!
Quick Tip #3: Take a breath and drink your water
Take a deep breath girlfriend! We will all get through this…one day at a time. Now, go drink a glass of water. Keeping hydrated is an important part of maintaining our health, which is the entire goal of this self-quarantine.
