If you’re looking for an easy dinner that’s so fast, this is the meal for you. Takes about 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake. And clean-up is a snap…just throw away the parchment paper…DONE! This will be your GO-TO meal for busy weeknights!
Yields 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 beer brats or sausages of your choice
- Broccoli florets
- 1 orange bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 red onion (chopped)
- 2 slices of bacon (cut into 1 inch squares)
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss veggies with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread veggies onto the baking sheet, creating space for the sausages in the center or one side of the pan.
- Lay bacon squares on top of the veggies spaced evenly around the pan.
- Using a knife or fork, pierce the skin of the sausages 3 times and add them to the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
