TEX-MEX CHICKEN MARINADE

This recipe was given to me by a college classmate. We marinate diced chicken breast to make quesadillas for fast and easy dinner or snack. ENJOY!

Measurements are for 2 chicken breasts.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke (I use hickory.)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
  2. Marinate for 15 minutes before cooking.
