This recipe was given to me by my favorite aunt. I usually marinate the salmon in the morning, so it is super flavorful to cook for dinner. My aunt grills her salmon on a cedar plank. I find it easier to bake in the oven @ 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. ENJOY!
Measurements are for 1-2 lbs. salmon.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and pour over salmon.
- Marinate for 4 hours or longer before cooking.
