🔑🔑 Routines are the key to being consistent in your health and fitness. Do yourself a favor and work out some routines for yourself!
To get you started, here’s my current morning routine for weekdays – I start at 5am:
✨ Put my workout clothes on as soon as I get up.
✨ Write in my journal, then do a 10 minute meditation.
✨ Throw a load of laundry in the washing machine and start the robot vacuum.
✨ Make my pre-workout cocktail and head upstairs for my workout.
✨ Stroll on my treadmill for a cool down while doing a little administrative work for the blog.
✨ Head downstairs to move laundry to the dryer and make a boosted iced coffee.
✨ Hit the shower and get ready for work.
A routine gives you the space to do the things that are important to you. It organizes pockets of your day and gives you the power to prioritize yourself! 🙌🏻
