Do you love spaghetti squash, but hate trying to cut it open to get those seeds out??? Well, this is the recipe for you! Cuts open like butter and there is no wrestling with those seeds. ENJOY!
Yields 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 spaghetti squash (medium size)
Directions:
- DO NOT preheat oven!
- Take any stickers off of the squash.
- Place squash in oven directly on the middle rack.
- Turn oven on 350 degrees and set the timer for 70 minutes.
- Take the squash out – you can let it cool a little or cut it right away, whatever suits your needs!
- Cut the squash long ways.
- Use 2 forks to pick out the seeds.
- Scrape the meat out into a bowl or use it as a boat – again, your choice!
