A realistic approach…

Be realistic in your approach to habits. 💁🏼‍♀️

❌❌ Don’t set yourself up for failure by overcommitting right out of the gate. Find your sweet spot where you are challenged, yet can realistically achieve those things. Then build on them as you incorporate the new habits into your life.

➡️ Remember, the most important factor in forming new habits is consistency. Make sure you stick to your routine even on days when you don’t feel like it. If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up over it. Just get back on track the next day.

And be sure to celebrate your successes along the way!! Acknowledge your progress and give yourself a round of applause! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
