One pan is all you need to make this entire meal that your family will love. It’s low-carb, keto-friendly…and most of all, it gets you to eat your veggies! Definitely worth the 30 minutes it takes to bake in the oven. ENJOY!
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen broccoli florets (thawed in the fridge overnight)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 14 oz. Smoked Sausage (sliced into coins about 1/4 inch thick)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder and a little salt & pepper (to taste).
- Add thawed broccoli florets and stir to combine throughly.
- Add 1/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and the sliced sausage to the bowl and combine throughly.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and distribute evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese (…and some extra black pepper, if you are like me!)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and ENJOY!
