Everybody tries to tell you the RIGHT way to lose weight and be healthy. They try to sell you the BEST products and services to facilitate your health. They say that they have the SECRET SAUCE for success, right?!?!
Here’s the cold hard truth – everybody is different…every BODY is different. You know what the right way is, don’t you? It’s the way the works for YOU. It’s the plan and/or products that YOU can commit to and make part of YOUR daily routine without fail. It’s what makes YOU feel healthy and energetic.
Now…I sell products and programs that happen to work for ME. And I’m probably the worst sales person in the world! BUT I would never talk anyone into buying something if they aren’t interested or had no intention of using it. Who wants to be a sleezy sales person?? I just want everyone to know what healthy feels like!!
My goal with this blog is to share with you things that I have tried, things that worked, things that didn’t work FOR ME. I will pass along information that you can apply to your own personal situation. Take it as is, tweak for your situation, or throw it out the window.
